First turn-key Airbnb transformation
Our first full Airbnb transformation in Chicago’s South Loop — a hands-on project that set the foundation for our approach to short-term rental design: practical layouts, intentional styling, and spaces built to perform.
2021
Scaling short-term rental portfolios
We completed interior design turn-key projects for 50+ apartments that were previously underperforming. These redesigns focused on functionality, guest experience, and visual identity.
